A VAT invoice/receipt will be sent either with goods or separately in post.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, VISA Delta, VISA Electron & Solo We also have a facility to accept Paypal payments if you prefer.

Ordering

When your order is placed we will;

  1. Acknowledgement of order.
  2. Send you an email confirming your order. Notify you regarding the despatch of your order.**
  3. Notify you of any items that may be delayed (Out of stock or discontinued).
  4. Notify you of any problems charging your card.
  5. Aim to despatch your goods within 2-5 working days.

Returns Warranty

Faulty Items

All Jack Sealey products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that covers faulty materials and faulty workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage. The warranty also excludes consumable items.

To minimise unnecessary returns please ensure you have followed all manufacturers instructions and if you are still unsure that you have spoken to Sealey Technical Help on 01284 757505. In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty, non-business customers should contact us as soon as possible. Business customers are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Unwanted Items

Unwanted/Incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted under the following circumstances;

  1. That the item(s) are not for a Business or Company.
  2. That the item(s) are in an “as new” condition. Complete, with all accessories and in the original packaging.
  3. That the item(s) are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
  4. That you are the customer are responsible for all costs involved in returning the item(s) to us, unless items are faulty, and are also responsible for any lost returns.

Goods sent in error

Please contact us A.S.A.P if you have received an incorrect item by phone or email, and we will arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) & delivery of the correct item(s).

Conditions of Sale

The “contract of sale” between you and the customer and us is legally binding upon “order acknowledgment” which will be sent to you in the form of an email. Please make sure to enter your email correctly to avoid any delays.
