Delivery
A.T Johnsons are pleased to offer a FREE delivery service within 25 miles of Downham Market AND Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Customers who live within this radius area are entitled to FREE delivery using the coupon codes provided for each town;
Downham Market = DM25
Kings Lynn = KL25
Any orders that use the promotional codes and are outside of these areas do not qualify and will be contacted to recover the delivery charge. If you are unsure if you qualify, please contact us directly.

Pricing
All prices are correct at time of checkout.

- A VAT invoice/receipt will be sent either with goods or separately in post.
- We will endeavor to ensure that the prices on our website are correct at the time of your order being placed, however in the event of incorrect pricing we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale. In the unlikely event of this happening we will inform you via email.

Ordering online
When your order is placed we will;
- Send you acknowledgement of your order.
- Send you an email confirming your order and notify you regarding the dispatch of your order.
- Notify you of any items that may be delayed (Out of stock or discontinued).
- Notify you of any problems charging your card.
- Aim to despatch your goods within 2-5 working days.

Returns Warranty
Faulty Items
All Jack Sealey products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that covers faulty materials and faulty workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage. The warranty also excludes consumable items.
To minimise unnecessary returns, please ensure you have followed all manufacturers instructions and if you are still unsure, then you can contact Sealey Technical Help on 01284 757505.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted/Incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted under the following circumstances;
- That the item(s) are not for a Business or Company.
- That the item(s) are in an “as new” condition. Complete, with all accessories and in the original packaging.
- That the item(s) are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
- That you, the customer are responsible for all costs involved in returning the item(s) to us, unless items are faulty, and are also responsible for any lost returns.
Goods sent in error
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received an incorrect item by phone or email, and we will arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) & delivery of the correct item(s).
