Robert runs our Downham Market branch having joined A.T. Johnsons straight from school. He really has learnt the trade from the ground up and is now a 'hands on' partner with Brian & Shaun in the day to day running of the business. Robert enjoys the social aspect of the motor factor trade, dealing with the wide range of characters that we enjoy as regular customers and networking within the industry as a whole.

Excellent service, chap couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered a driver's door mirror in and offered to deliver it to the holiday cottage we were staying in, also suggested a garage to fit it for a nominal fee.

I was in need of an oil filter to fit a certain thread and fitting, and it could have been a needle in a haystack but the guys in the shop on Saturday went above and beyond to find one that would work. They could have been awkward and difficult but they weren't. Very efficient, friendly and got me out of a pickle. Much appreciated. A well stocked shop, a gem!

The best car parts & tools shop in Norfolk! A hidden gem.. Glad I found them, not only are they on my doorstep, but had my parts in stock, at a great price & the quality of the Juratek brakes are superb! Real quality engineered discs & pads.. The shop’s run by a great team of guys, very friendly & helpful to the max.. Willing to help you out to your car with heavy parts, great service in shop finding items you’re looking for too.
